The tour is free and all are encouraged to register in advance. Pre-registration allows you to access each garden without having to sign in at every stop. Please share a few details below and our gardens will know to expect you!

Acknowledgement of Participants’ Responsibilities, Indemnification, and Media Release
As a participant in Growing Together: A Tour of Mid-Hudson Gardens (the “Garden Tour”), I agree to read and follow all posted rules and instructions at each garden I visit to ensure my personal safety and the safety of others. I am aware of the inherent risk related to outdoor activity and walking on uneven ground. To the fullest extent of the law, I agree to waive, discharge claims, and release the Garden Tour and all affiliated gardens, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and leaders from any and all liability, injury, loss, or claim that occurs in connection with participating in the Garden Tour. I agree to indemnify,defend, and hold harmless the Garden Tour from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whetherdirectly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death. I also agree to the unrestricted use of media (photos/video/etc.) taken at the event for the purpose of marketing, promotion, education, or any other lawful purposes, across all print, digital, and electronic formats for the promotion of the Garden Tour or affiliated gardens. This media consent shall remain in effect indefinitely unless revoked in writing.
